Following numerous court battles, controversial Nigerian Pastor Timothy Omotoso is finally shipped to Nigeria. 

The Department of Justice could not prosecute him for breaking immigration laws in South Africa and for his multiple charges of rape and human trafficking.  

Omotoso will only be eligible to legally reapply for a Visa after five years. 

Department of Home Affairs says Omotoso's exit is a "win" because previously the country never really held immigration law offenders accountable.
